Vehicle Clearance: To preserve the integrity of this historic location, guests must submit their vehicle’s RC and PUC certificate in advance.

Priority Processing: For hassle-free access, required documents should be submitted at least 24–48 hours before check-in.

Parking Privileges & Alternative Arrangements: While on-site parking is available, permits may not be issued on government holidays or for last-minute bookings. In such cases, guests will have the option to park just 1 km away, with full assistance provided for a smooth arrival.

Cancellation policy: The following cancellation policy will be applicable as per our company regulations:

1. If the guest wishes to cancel before 15 days of the check-in date, 100% of the booking amount will be refunded.
2. For any cancellations made within 15 days of the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
3. Refunds are applicable only in cases where 100% payment has been made; partial payments are non-refundable.
