Check-in Instructions: Check-in: 2 PM | Check-out: 11 AM

Noise & disturbances: Keep noise levels reasonable, especially between 10 pm and 7 am; no loud parties or events.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.

Chewing tobacco: Strictly prohibited with no exceptions.

Pets: Pets are NOT allowed on the property.

Occupancy: Follow maximum occupancy limits. Additional guests need prior approval.

Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. Please report any incidents to the management promptly. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.

Cleanliness:  Please keep the villa clean, use the designated trash bins and avoid littering the property.

Safety & security: Lock all doors and windows when leaving. We will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.

Amenities & facilities: Use the provided amenities responsibly and adhere to any posted guidelines.

Compliance: Follow local laws and regulations. Illegal activities will result in eviction and potential legal action.

Upkeep: Daily cleaning is compulsory. Kindly cooperate with our housekeeping team.

Pool Area: No glassware in the deck area or food allowed in the pool. Plastic bar glasses provided.

Substance Use: Narcotics are strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate eviction.

Staff Hours: Staff is available from 8 AM – 10 PM. Please keep their schedule in mind when extending your stay, as they need time to prepare for the next guests.

Guest Policy: Prior permission is required for any additional guests.

Eco-Friendly Practices: As an eco-friendly home in a village, we ask for mindful use of power & water.

Extras:

• Supplies: Buy all food & drinks, including breakfast, before check-in for a relaxing stay.
• Delivery Services: A grocery store is just 10 minutes away with delivery available, plus several excellent options for cooked meal delivery.
• Kitchen: Enjoy access to the fully-equipped kitchen.
• Power Backup: Two inverters ensure backup power for key appliances like fans, lights, and the fridge.
• Internet & Network: High-speed internet is available, with generally good network coverage.
• Eco-Friendly Practices: As an eco-conscious home in a village setting, we request mindful use of power and water.
• Outdoor Seating: Camping chairs are provided for picnics on the grounds. These are not to be removed from the property.
• Property Condition: Please note, the home is rustic and recently renovated. While we aim for comfort, occasional village-related issues (network, water, or electrical fluctuations) may arise. We appreciate your patience as we resolve them promptly.
